Council e-mail addresses
When we purchased the domain “kofcdublin11637.org,” I chose a hosting company that allowed for quite a few e-mail accounts.
Jim and I discussed setting up e-mail accounts for each Knight. I am pleased to announce that each Knight now has his own e-mail account. This will be a great tool to be used in communication with one another.
Everyone will have an email address in the form of “firstname.lastname@kofcdublin11637.org” and I have made an effort to use people’s common name as their first name. To be sure, I will provide a list of e-mail addresses to Jim so everyone can be sure they are using the correct name.
To read more about it, including the steps needed to set up your computer to send and receive e-mail from this account, please have a look at this document. You will need the free Adobe Reader to view this file. Click here to download it.
Our hosting company allows for 2,500 individual e-mail accounts. Hopefully we’ll have that many Knights one day.
